Creating Policies
Creating a policy from a template
- Go to Policies → Create Policy
- Choose From Template and select the framework that matches your compliance requirements
- Name your policy and write a short description
- Review the pre-configured scorers and adjust thresholds if needed
- Set the default enforcement mode for the policy
- Click Create — the policy is saved as a draft until you publish it
Creating a policy from scratch
- Go to Policies → Create Policy
- Choose Blank Policy
- Add scorers from the scorer library one by one
- Configure each scorer’s threshold and enforcement mode
- Publish when ready
Scorer library
The scorer library contains all available checks. Browse by category:
- Content Safety — toxicity, harmful content, self-harm signals
- Privacy — PII detection, data leakage
- Accuracy — hallucination signals, factual consistency
- Fairness — demographic bias, disparate impact
- Security — prompt injection, jailbreak attempts
- Transparency — disclosure requirements, uncertainty signals
Publishing a policy
Draft policies do not enforce. Go to the policy detail view and click Publish to make a policy active. Published policies begin governing assessments immediately.
